Stepping out of our unique villa right on the beach of Tamarin Bay in Mauritius, you can find yourself swimming in the beautiful Indian Ocean. Why not try surfing at the legendary and most accessible surfing spot in Mauritius?

Our vacation home is very spacious with approximately 270sqm of living space over two floors. With three bedrooms plus a children's room, the villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. The place is also renowned for its enchanting sunsets, which can be fully appreciated every evening from the veranda of the villa. A clear sky at night offers breathtaking views of stars, galaxies and occasional shooting stars.

Rates

Rate: 400€/night - 6 persons
Extra guest fee, after 2 guests:
- Adults: +30€/night
- Children (<12yrs) : +15€/night
- Infants/Toddlers (<3yrs): Free of charge

TErms & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

The minimum rental period is 4 nights
Full payment for reservation
Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
The damage deposit is 250€
Utilities (Electricity) charges are not included in the price and are based on consumption. Please, use the air-conditioning and lighting responsibly. It will be collected on the last day of the stay by the host, and is to be settled on site
No events/larger parties are allowed
A cleaning fee of 100€ will be charged per stay
Cleaning or cooking services: on request - Monday to Friday for 3h - 50 €/day

We recommend a travel cancellation insurance and to rent a car for easier access to the villa (e.g. with Asha & Adi: macondeecar@yahoo.com, very reliable!)
